GIOLO FELE

He teaches at the Department of Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento and at the Centro Agricoltura Alimenti Ambiente at San Michele all’Adige. His research topics concern cultural processes and the foundations of social interaction in various work contexts, including that of tasting.
DAVIDE SPARTI

PhD at the European University Institute, fellow of the Collegium Budapest as well as of the Humboldt Stiftung, Davide Sparti is the author of twelve books, three edited volumes and almost 150 articles dealing mostly with the sociology of art. After having taught at the universities of Milano, Bologna and Lugano (Switzerland), he is currently professor at the University of Siena and at the Sant’Anna school for advanced studies in Pisa.
CLELIA VIECELLI

She is an anthropologist specialized on wine. For her PhD from the University of Southampton, UK, she has conducted ethnographic fieldwork among female natural winegrowers in Italy. She also holds a MSc in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics. Clelia has published on natural wines and biodynamics from an anthropological perspective. Her research interests focus on wine, food, gender, and human-nonhuman relationships. She is also a certified sommelier.
PAOLO DO

PhD at Queen Mary University of London. is a Research Fellow at the Department of Sociology and Social Research at the University of Trento. He collaborates with the Department of Social and Economical Science (DiSSE) of the University of Rome ‘Sapienza’ where he conducts research on the public space focusing on the relational aspects of the collective perception. He teaches Aesthetics at the Quasar Institute in Rome. The course focus on the status of the sensorial knowledge.
